Carillon Town Center
New era in urban planning begins for Tampa Bay's Gateway Area
Carillon Town Center, an upscale entertainment and retail retreat, is the first of its kind in scale and scope for the Gateway Area of Tampa Bay. In all, the project will have over 1,000,000 square feet of leaseable area supported by structured parking.
Designed in the style of a European main street, Carillon Town Center will include entertainment and specialty retailers, offices, an extended-stay hotel, and much more. Unlike most developments designed around the automobile, Town Center was created as an environment for and about people with a street life to create synergy between entertainment, work, living and playing.
