Echelon LLC develops, owns, and manages commercial and multi-family real estate. Echelon’s principals have developed and managed millions of square feet of commercial office, industrial, waterfront and warehouse space, and over 30 multi-family residential properties throughout the southeast and southwest United States totaling over 5,000 units. Echelon and its affiliates offer a full range of brokerage services in addition to asset management, property management and facilities management. The Echelon name identifies some or all of the entities that are a part of the Echelon Holdings LLC companies which is comprised of a group of independent legal entities some of which may be affiliates, share some common ownership or have been sponsored or managed by subsidiaries of such entities.
